Officer Girgle found my 82 year old grandmother in El Monte, which is almost 20 miles from our home. She has several medical conditions. She got on a bus and decided to take a ride. Officer Girgle found her in his city lost and incoherent. Officer Girgle stayed with her for an hour til I was able to pick her up. My family appreciates his compassion
